Jackson Summit is an outsourced sales and marketing firm in Shreveport, Louisiana. We represent major brands face to face, and we grow the people who do that work into the leaders who run it.
Most firms measure a year in revenue. We measure it in the people who went further than they thought they could, and the communities that are better off because we showed up in them.
That is not a soft position. Brands grow when the people representing them are sharper, hungrier and better led than the alternative. Developing people is the strategy, not the perk.

Born and raised in South Georgia. Played every sport you can name and coached soccer — which is where the way she runs a room comes from.
Outgoing, competitive, and direct about it: if you're not first, you're last, and we win as a team or not at all. Outside the office it's the gym, hot yoga and competitive leagues — the same 1% better, every day, applied to mind and body.
