Most firms measure a year in revenue. We measure it in the people who went further than they thought they could, and the communities that are better off because we showed up in them.

That is not a soft position. Brands grow when the people representing them are sharper, hungrier and better led than the alternative. Developing people is the strategy, not the perk.

Jackson Summit exists to prove that business can be about more than revenue. It can be a vehicle for opportunity, leadership, service, family, and legacy.

Jackson Summit was created to keep Debbie present in the work. Her strength, her values, and the way she treated people are the standard the company is held to.

We do not treat that as a memorial. We treat it as a bar. Every person developed here, every market opened, every community served is the legacy continuing — not a tribute to it.

A small team, growing on purpose. Everyone here is being developed for something bigger than the role they walked in with.

Mackenzie Smith

President

Mackenzie Smith was born in South Georgia and grew up watching her mom and dad build an incredible sales company from the ground up. From an early age, she was surrounded by entrepreneurship, leadership, and the impact a strong business can have on people.

At 15, her life changed when her mother passed away unexpectedly, and her family later lost the business that had shaped so much of her childhood.

Instead of letting that chapter define her, Mackenzie became determined to rewrite her family’s story and make sure her mother’s name and legacy were never forgotten.

With a competitive background in soccer and other contact sports, plus a personality people always joked could “talk to a brick wall & be happy,” sales and marketing became a natural fit. Today, Mackenzie is building Jackson Summit with a mission to create opportunities, develop people, impact her community, and continue the legacy that inspired her from the beginning.

Outside of business, she’s a proud cat mom to Nacho and Kiki.
