These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site — candidates, prospective clients, and general visitors alike.

This website is informational. It describes what Jackson Summit does, who we are, and the positions we are hiring for, and it provides a form for getting in touch or applying.

Nothing on this site is an offer of employment. Descriptions of roles, compensation, growth paths, or opportunities are general information, not a promise, a contract, or a guarantee of a position.

An offer of employment exists only when we make it to you in writing and you accept it. Until then, no employment relationship is created by using this site or by submitting an application.

We do not sell products or process payments on this site, and we do not provide a subscription or software service through it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit an application, or consent to receive communication from us. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You also confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that it is your own — including the phone number you provide, which must be a number you control.

When you submit a form, you are asking us to respond. We may contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry or your application, using the details you gave us.

SMS-Specific Disclosures

By providing your phone number and opting in through the SMS consent checkbox on this website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jackson Summit Inc. at that number. The checkbox is unchecked by default; we enroll no one without that affirmative action.

Messages are limited to these types:

• Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Updates on the status of your application
• Replies to questions you send our recruiting team

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of employment consideration.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@jacksonsummitinc.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Replying STOP ends all further messages. We send one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and nothing after that. Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your application — we will continue to reach you by phone or email.

Email

You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message, or by emailing contact@jacksonsummitinc.com. Transactional messages about an active application — interview details, status updates, and replies to what you sent us — may still be sent, because they are part of the hiring process.

What we do with the information behind these communications, and how to have it deleted, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Use this site for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information, including someone else's phone number or email address.
• Use the forms to send spam, solicitations, or bulk messages.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or contact details from the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated request flooding.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or malicious.

We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

The content of this site — text, photography, video, graphics, layout, and code — belongs to Jackson Summit Inc. or is used with permission. The Jackson Summit name, logo, and marks are ours.

Nothing on this site guarantees employment, an interview, a position, compensation, or a particular outcome from applying. Hiring decisions are ours alone.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson Summit Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, from any communication sent or not sent, or from any hiring decision — including lost opportunity, lost income, or lost data.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We may update these Terms as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If a change materially affects our SMS program, we will notify enrolled recipients before it takes effect.
